Terms of Use

Last updated: 30 June 2026

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the AI Workplace Simulator (the "Service"), operated by Yoria Technologies Limited ("we", "us", "our"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.

What the platform is

The AI Workplace Simulator is a simulated workplace practice environment. It lets you complete realistic business-analysis deliverables within fictional scenarios and receive structured feedback. It is a learning and portfolio-building tool — it is not real employment, an internship, or real work history.

AI Workplace Simulator provides simulated workplace practice for professional development, portfolio building and interview preparation. Completion of any simulation does not constitute real employment experience, does not guarantee job offers, and does not award any formal qualification, accreditation or certification. Simulated project companies and characters are fictional.

Permitted use

You may use the Service for:

  • personal portfolio building;
  • interview preparation;
  • your own professional development and skills practice.

Prohibited use

You must not:

  • misrepresent simulated experience as real paid employment or real work history;
  • claim to have actually worked at, or been employed by, any of the fictional organisations in the simulation (including Northbridge Ltd);
  • describe yourself as "certified", "qualified" or "accredited" as a result of using the Service;
  • attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract the grading anchors, assessment matrices or other proprietary simulation content;
  • use the Service unlawfully or to infringe others' rights.

No employment guarantee

The Service does not guarantee any job offer, interview, employment outcome or income. Any decisions employers make are entirely outside our control.

No certification or qualification

Completing any simulation does not award a qualification, accreditation or certification of any kind, and does not make you a "Certified" business analyst or hold any equivalent status.

Subscriptions and payment

The Founding Member subscription gives you access to the Junior and Intermediate BA tiers for as long as your subscription is active. Senior and SME tiers are on the roadmap and not included yet.

  • The monthly subscription renews automatically each month until you cancel.
  • You can cancel at any time. Cancellation stops future billing; your access continues until the end of the current paid billing period.
  • Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, scenarios, simulation content, grading anchors and assessment matrices, is owned by Yoria Technologies Limited and protected by intellectual-property laws. You are granted a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use it for the permitted purposes above.

Your content

You retain ownership of the deliverables and submissions you create. By using the Service, you grant us a licence to host and process that content to operate the Service, and to use anonymised content to maintain and improve the platform and its assessment quality.

Liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude implied warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
