This policy explains when refunds are available for the AI Workplace Simulator. It forms part of our Terms of Use.
Founding Member subscription (£29/month)
- You may request a full refund within 14 days of your first payment.
- No refunds are available after those first 14 days.
- You can cancel at any time. Cancellation stops future billing but does not refund the current billing period — your access continues until the end of that period.
Legacy 7-day taster (£29, one-time — no longer offered)
The 7-day taster is no longer sold. This section remains for anyone who purchased it previously: it gave access to the first 7 days of simulated project content, with a 30-day window to complete it at your own pace.
The taster gave immediate access to the platform. Because access was granted immediately, the taster is non-refundable once you have accessed the platform.
At checkout you explicitly requested immediate access and acknowledged that, in doing so, you waived your 14-day cooling-off right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 in exchange for that immediate access.
How to request a refund
Email admin@yoriatechnologies.com with the subject line "Refund Request", including your order details (the email address used at checkout and, if you have it, your payment reference).
Processing time
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. The exact timing depends on your bank or card provider.
